Slightly off subject but I was still curious as I dind't see it in the rules. I'm thinking about starting a new IY Fic community *With actual prizes* but I wanted to get the idea out there first to see if anyone would be intrested. The details can be found in my LJ (http://www.livejournal.com/users/darkelf19/) - The question is would I be allowed to advertise the idea here?
