Theme: #28 - Secrets (actually, it was hard to pick a theme...I had so many that would fit…)

Summary: There once was a woman... Sesshoumaru's mother, a woman only a shadow of what she thinks she should be. And everything she does, everything she believes in, is all tied to that one boy who is almost nothing more than a stranger.

Note: As you can see, this is rather long...and Tenseiga doesn't show up until the end...Also, this isn't how I normally picture InuPapa, but it's nice to step out of the box once or twice.

I can never find the words I want to say. . . But I will try. I haven't read a fanfiction that portrayed the Inu no Taisho as someone to dislike intensely. And reading this now with the emphasis on Sesshoumaru, I find that as much I would like to hate the direction this took, I really loved it. I just love the breaks "There once was. . .". Plus I just love the way you write. . . Thanks for sharing.

As you said, it's nice to step outside the box sometimes.

Very nice! I have to admit I found the "There once was.." a little distracting at first, but overall very well written.
