Update to the community rules.

I've decided that I am going to open up the claims in this community. You still will have the pairing you chose, but others can have the same pairing if they choose. I will not limit how many people can hold a claim, only how many claims total you can hold, which will be 5 total, pairings, or characters.

If you have any questions or concerns about this or anything else, let me know! I'm going to be making some changes over the course of the next few days/weeks as far as layout, profile, etc, are concerned.

And I SO need to finish my claim, it's been too long!

EDIT2: Anyone interested in making us a new main icon? I would but I don't have the ability on my computer...:D
