Summary:  She was just a child, running from being bullied.  He was just out for a stroll, and heard sobbing...

Author's notes: "Masuka" (loosely translated)-- "is trout".  

Based off of a saying "There is no Fate, except that which we make for ourselves".  

Karma is similiar to Fate: what you send out comes back to you.  There is "a fine line" between the two.
